Customer Service Office

We are the only tourist service company in the whole of the Natural Park that has facilities to properly receive the visiting public, giving them all the appropriate information so that their visit to the area is perfect, always supporting our recommendations with informative material of the area, maps, etc. that the client can acquire free of charge. We also have an exclusive bathroom and sink for clients and VisitAlbufera staff. It is a ground floor with more than 60 m2 located in the best possible location, on the main avenue of the town of El Saler, next to most of the restaurants and shops in the area, in front of the bicycle lane coming from the city of Valencia and the metropolitan public bus stop. This location allows visitors to reach us directly in any way: by bicycle on a cycle path, by their own vehicle, by public transport from Valencia city centre (in just 20 minutes and with a frequency of about 30/40 minutes) and also by private bus as they can park in front of the office and unload passengers to be received.
