Conditions and policy of sale of tickets

* La capacidad de la barca más pequeña es de 16 adultos y la más grande es de 32 adultos. Con la tarifa estándar del paseo en barca el cliente no tiene opción de reservar la barca en exclusiva, estrictamente reserva y obtiene el número de tickets/plazas que desea en la embarcación, distinguiendo entre adulto (mayor de 11 años) o niño (entre 3 y 11 años), y acepta tener que compartir la misma embarcación con otras reservas hasta poder llegar al tope de la capacidad de la barca. Esto último no es obligatorio para realizar la actividad ya que la actividad del paseo en barca se realizará siempre que haya un mínimo de 8 tickets/plazas de adulto vendidas o que se pague el precio equivalente a 8 adultos de la tarifa elegida.

No es obligatorio reservar y comprar  el mínimo de 8 tickets/plazas de adulto o pagar ese precio equivalente para realizar la actividad del paseo en barca ya que en la misma embarcación pueden juntarse varias reservas de menos de 8 plazas y en total llegar a ese mínimo necesario.

A un cliente de 1 a 7 personas, que sin llegar al mínimo exigido de 8 adultos está interesado en la actividad del paseo en barca, se le procede a realizar la reserva y compra de sus tickets/plazas sin problema atendiendo a los siguientes casos:

Case 1. The client is informed that for the requested day and time there are already other reservations and the minimum required is reached, so the reservation is formalised through the established procedure.

Case 2. The client is informed that his is the first existing reservation and at the moment the minimum is not reached so a new group is opened and he is given 2 options:

– Opción 1:  si el cliente está dispuesto a pagar el precio mínimo exigido se formaliza la reserva mediante el procedimiento establecido (“Asegura tu salida”) independientemente si finalmente hay más gente en la actividad y en este caso cuando el cliente disfrute de la actividad no será necesario pagar el mínimo si no la tarifa normal

- Option 2: if the client is not willing to pay the minimum price required, a pre-booking is made while waiting for other bookings to come in. When this happens and the minimum price is reached, the client is notified by telephone and the booking is formalised using the established procedure. If no more reservations are received, the client is notified a few hours before the start of the activity to cancel the departure

• Schedules and routes

The company VisitAlbufera reserves the right to establish every day of the year what type of routes are made and at what time of departure each of these routes is made or on the contrary it is possible that some day no schedule or route of the boat trips is established and the client is left with the desired departure time for the boat trip and even the choice of the route
